Homemade Hummus with Paprika, Olive Oil and Carrots

  • 2 x 400g cans of chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Small handful of coriander
  • Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
