Our Story
Originating from Fremantle, my professional journey has been a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering commitment.
My academic foundation was laid at Fremantle Tech and Curtin University, where I pursued study in Accounting. Following my academic pursuits, I embarked on a distinguished career as a Chartered Accountant, with notable tenures in both Perth and London. For over 25 years, I successfully managed my own accounting practice, navigating complex financial landscapes with precision and integrity.
Yet, beyond the world of numbers, my passion for cultivation and excellence beckoned me to the stunning area of Westdale in the Shire of Beverley, over two decades ago. There, I undertook the ambitious endeavour of establishing an olive grove, meticulously planting and nurturing approximately 500 olive trees annually. Today, my grove flourishes with over 2500 trees, a testament to years of dedication and perseverance.
Driven by a commitment to organic principles, I embarked on the artisanal production of extra virgin olive oil. Each drop is a labour of love, carefully crafted using time-honoured methods and imbued with the essence of nature's bounty.
My dedication to quality has garnered recognition, including the esteemed Premium Gold Medal at the 2023 WA Olive's Show. Today, within the tranquil confines of my small grove, I continue to uphold the highest standards of excellence in olive oil production.
